Float provides growth funding to European SaaS businesses with a simple, transparent, and flexible credit line – without taking equity. Their funding model allows SaaS founders to access loans of up to 70% of their ARR without giving up equity or dealing with the slow, complex processes of banks and venture capital firms.
However, many SaaS founders were still unaware of non-dilutive funding—or weren’t sure whether it was right for them. Float needed to educate its audience and position itself as the go-to funding solution for growing SaaS companies in Europe.
The Approach
To reach the most relevant audience, we focused on SaaS founders and finance leaders in European markets, using targeted audience segments based on company size, growth stage, and funding intent. Our goal was to guide prospects from awareness to conversion by structuring the campaign into three distinct stages:
- Top of Funnel (Awareness): Highlighted the frustrations of traditional funding methods—slow, complex, and bureaucratic—to resonate with founders actively experiencing these challenges.
- Mid-Funnel (Consideration): Educated prospects on Float’s unique advantages, emphasising simplicity, flexibility, and the non-dilutive nature of the funding.
- Bottom-Funnel (Conversion): Used customer testimonials, success stories, and direct CTAs to build trust and drive funding applications.
To maximise performance, we combined pain-point-driven ad copy with strong visuals, case studies, and proof points, reinforcing Float’s credibility and effectiveness. We also leveraged LinkedIn’s retargeting capabilities, ensuring that prospects continued to see relevant ads based on their level of engagement and intent.
